Delivery Times
Our delivery process is divided into two key periods:
- Processing Time: 1-2 Business Days.
- Delivery Time: Approximately 6-10 Business Days.
Please note: Shipping times do not include potential delays due to customs and duties. Additionally, there may be longer delivery times during peak seasons such as Christmas, New Year, Black Friday, or Valentine's Day.

We offer free shipping on all orders within the US.
Order Status & Tracking
Once your order has been placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your unique tracking code.
You can use this code at any time to track the status of your order through the link provided or you can track your order in real time HERE.
Order Modifications and Cancellations
Please contact us as soon as possible at support@auren-footwear.com to make any modifications or to cancel your order. Our processing time is 1-2 business days and once your order has been dispatched we can not make any modifications or cancellation.
